VerifierFilter -> SignatureVerificationFilter

Hi Everyone,
SignatureVerificationFilter was added at Crypto++ 5.0. It took the place of the old VerifierFilter. It should have been removed at the CRYPTOPP_MAINTAIN_BACKWARDS_COMPATIBILITY cleanup, but it lacked the macro.
It was cleaned up at https://github.com/weidai11/cryptopp/commit/9d7c5fce555f108e0f1b9a7ea3d0e4e9ecc74190.
If your code breaks due to VerifierFilter, then do a simple copy/paste of SignatureVerificationFilter. Only the name needs to change.
