We removed
NULL_CHANNEL today. Its another old artifact from the pre-Crypto++ 5.0 days.If your compile breaks, then use
DEFAULT_CHANNEL in place of NULL_CHANNEL.Also see https://github.com/weidai11/cryptopp/issues/382.
