What do you recommend space size per person?

Hi,
I am looking for recomendation about the space size per person.
how many people can work at the office?
what are the office size for:
1 person?
2 person
3 person
4 person
5 person
6 person
7 person
8 person

Please hire an architect or designer. 
These sizes depend upon furniture, usage, columns, windows, etc.

I +1 Jerome's suggestion to hire a designer/architect.
A couple more notes to support that argument.

Space allotment depends a lot on context:
  1. What market are you in? People in NY and Palo Alto are used to a lot less space/person because real estate is so expensive. Chicago is a different market. 
  2. What is your competition providing (i.e., is WeWork setting the standard in your market?)
  3. How much common area space do you have per person? People work best in spaces that are designed for activity-based working - meaning there is an area that best fits the type of work you are trying to accomplish at any given point - creative work, focused work, group work, etc. There's a lot of value in the amount of space available OUTSIDE of the private office or desk.
