How to link a static page I already created and added it to the course builder folder and uploaded them to app engine.
Using the normal html linking process; the webpage shows a 404 error the page not found where-ever I tried to added.

Unable to access requested page. HTTP status code: 404.
I need a simple way to add a static page and link it whenever I need it in the site.
