Disk Fetches/sec Monitor

Hi Team,

I want to set alert for "When my Disk Fetches/sec is greeter than 500" Then i should get alert.

Request you to let me know which Variable  value i need to monitor In ./cbstats o/p

Also Please Let me know what are in Pros / Cons when we get Disk Fetches/sec is High

M Using Below Couchbase :

Version: 3.0.0 Enterprise Edition (build-1209)
