Rebalancing 3 nodes - 92.2% complete and state is not changing

Hello.

I have a 3-node Couchbase cluster in AWS. There was some sort of
temporary network problem and auto failover removed one node from
cluster. Than this node was joined to cluster again and full
rebalancing was launched. The problem is that cluster is in following
state for hours now:

It doesn't seems right. What can I do about it?

Couchbase 3.0.3. Ubuntu 14.04.2 LTS, amd64.
