Views constantly reindexing

Hello,
Environment : Ubuntu 14.04.1 Server Version, Couchbase Version: 3.0.1 Community Edition (build-1444) , 4x Intel Core i5 processor, 8gb RAM
We are having issues with views. Views are reindexing constantly because of this behaviour I cannot get data from views. There are only 178 documents in this bucket.
When I query views with stale =false parameter, views started reindexing which is ok but it never ends.They constantly getting reindexed.I have found error in logs that "dcp client (WalkyOffers, mapreduce_view: WalkyOffers _design/dev_Mall (prod/main)): Obtaining mutation from server timed out after 60.0 seconds".
I have also attached log.Please have a look at it.
Any suggestions on how to solve this issue!
