Couchbase C Client 2.3.2 Released

Hi All,

I'm glad to announce that we released the Couchbase C Client version 2.3.2. This is a bug fix release.  Most notably, it fixes some issues experienced during configuration updates which caused the client to crash.

Note that this is a maintenance release of the 2.3.x series and does not relate to the 2.4.0-DP1 release of two weeks ago.
