using cloud_config

Hi All,

Although its great to read the guide found here: https://coreos.com/docs/cluster-management/setup/cloudinit-cloud-config/

but am missing on how to use the cloud-config.yaml file :(

The guide completely missing the idea that newbie to CoreOS/Docker/etcd are here :(

Q: can anyone direct me to a guide on how to use cloud-config.yaml file? 

PS: if anyone from CoreOS here - can you please add reference/or update the site? thanks
