Unable to install coreos using PXELINUX

I download the coreos archives from https://coreos.com/os/docs/latest/booting-with-pxe.html

PXE boot server configuration:

    fc14.x86_64

    syslinux-4.02-3.fc14.x86_64 

prelinux.cfg file:

    serial 0 38400

    prompt 1

    # Delay a minute before booting automatically

    timeout 600

    label coreos

      kernel coreos/coreos_production_pxe.vmlinuz

      append initrd=coreos/coreos_production_pxe_image.cpio.gz cloud-config-url=coreos/pxe-cloud-config.yml

While booting from PXE:

The boot process struck as shown in figure.

I tried to boot this multiple times, but same happens.

How to fix this problem.

Do you have any details on the hardware configuration? I have never seen this before.
