If using the info only setting does it still turn off cookies?

Hello, So i have the paid version of the Cookie Control, and have worked out that the only cookies on my site are Analytics, PHP session and the cookie control one.

So if I go for the information only setting, will the button to turn off cookies work? does it need it?
