Invalid api message - multi host licence

Some of my team are getting the Api is invalid message as of this week on one of our sites.  we currently own a multi host licence and have not amended anything.

the domains were set up on your system a few years ago without the www.prefix and it has all worked perfectly until this week.

Before I start changing the names in your set up ie from domain.co.uk to www.domain.co.uk can you please explain why this has only just started happening when we haven't changed anything our end?

A speedy reply would be most appreciated.

it seems there was some internal caching issue. We have cleared the cache and it seems to be working fine now.
