How to figure out what cookies to add to the categories?

Hello! I really like this tool, but I am not sure what cookies to add to the different categories. I am using all kinds of plugins such as disqus, addthis, google analytics, squarespace analytics, beamer, rating-widget. I don't know why, but on some pages it appears that I have 200+ cookies! Now I am not sure how to block them and what to do exactly. Can anyone give me a little bit guidance?
