I have installed the coockie controll on the site www.alfredo.org.uk, but it dosnt show when site is called up.

I have the right jquery and cokkie controll script in in the root where the site is installed,.Older version of explore it say that the controll in not defined at line 117 , new version of explore dosnt show anything. Help!! WHERE AM I GOING WRONG
