Chrome Settings?

I've have now completed setting up the cookies compliance bar on my site but found that it did doesn’t now show up in Chrome only in IE. When I try it on a second PC it works fine, so I can only think that it mighty be the Chrome setting on this PC. Anyone any idea on this?
