Switch to HTTPS

We switched our corporate website over to https and since we did it doesn't appear to be functioning correctly. Our U.S. site is getting the optin popup which it shouldn't be and it all started when we converted to https. Can our API account be switched to support https or what will we have to do to get this working correctly again/
