Hello,
I hope you can help, trialing the community version on our website but it is not working, so far I have only populated with the google analytics category. Do I need to enter all possible cookies before it will work?

Hello Sarah,
you don't need to enter all the cookies to work.
You just populated wrongly the Cookies field,
You just populated wrongly the Cookies field,
You enter ex. '_ga', '_gid', '_gat', '__utma'
You have to remove ex. (it stands for example).
