Wordpress Database Error

Hi,

I have uploaded the file to Wordpress and activated it.

Every time I try to update or save the widget preferences in the Cookie Control admin menu I get the following error messages:

an updated version of the cookie control plugin that resolves the issue with the warnings is now available.

How do I access the new file? I am logged in and I go to download but it asks me to register again!
