Top bar looks and works different on different devices - responsive website

Hi, I have paid for the license for Cookie Control on 1 domain, and have chosen the top bar option. The js code says it version 6.2.

I am experiencing not seeing the accept button on certain mobiles.

On my HTC One M8 I only see part of the title - see attached.

Whereas on an iphone 5S I see the opt-in button fine, and the title sentence replaced by a plus button to expand the info (although I think this is confusing, and still needs a title on the bar saying 'Cookie Acceptance' or something)

How can I make sure the message can be seen properly with the acceptance button on all devices?

Update: ignore the comment on line 4 about the title disappearing, I had deleted this :)

But still have the issue that on the stock browser on HTC One M8 (not chrome which is also on there), the cookie consent bar does not change to the mobile one and therefore the desktop verions' message gets truncated as in the 1st screenshot above - any ideas for a fix?
