This is talking about using non-standard port other than 8080.  Our environment is always using port 8080.  What else could contribute to this problem?

For some reason, the jetty server failed to find com.networkgps.itnav.classes.Render object.  Once restart jetty service, things work.  Not sure why that's happening.

Hmm ... just a general problem accessing the server, then. Are there any other messages in the Jetty log file indicating the root cause of the problem? e.g. JVM memory issues, etc.

OK, I found there are a lot of the good old "too many open files" error there.  But I thought we fix the problems ...  I will check the environment variables setup ...
