Contract/Full-time content strategist for SaaS B2B online retail

Hi all,

I was referred to this board as a great place to network with content strategists and copy writers.  I'm head of product and marketing for TurnTo Networks, Inc. which is a SaaS provider of social tools (product reviews and shopper Q&A, to name a few) for online retailers. Retailers like TurnTo because its tools create a loyal customer base that buys more.  Shoppers like using TurnTo because they get to communicate with real owners of products they want to buy before they take the plunge.  

I recently took over the marketing and am rebooting our brand and communications. The role I have in mind for the content strategist will be to set the new voice and tone guidelines, create some main marketing boilerplate, and identify any other major communication opportunities. It’s B2B work, speaking to VP/C-level decision makers about a technical product, but TurnTo is the innovative tech-savvy option in the niche so it should be nice and clear, not stodgy and opaque.

TurnTo also needs someone for ongoing in-house copywriting, but that could be a separate person. Ideally the strategist would help find that person and get them set up with content recipes for day to day execution. Unless they want to be that person too.
