Conscript runnable jar installer goes for wrong version of conscript

Running on a production version of Java 7 on Windows 7

Running the jar I get the following:

Looking in maven repo I see that the only 2.9.2 version is 0.4.2.

Is this a bug or am I missing something?

Hi Tom, please try again. I've reverted the launcher to the old version.
0.4.2 is published but probably not worth using, because of some as-yet
unresolved problems with the launcher and Scala 2.10 artifacts.
