Printer not reaching temp

Hey, I came in today to do some printing but the printer doesn't want to get up to temperature. I wrapped the heater block in a bit of kapton to give it some thermal insulation but it doesn't get past ~225C. Any suggestions?

Update- I tweaked my gcode to start printing at 225C and once the print got started I set the temp back to 235C. Printer is running fine and holding the temperature correctly. I guess the room was just too cold maybe.
