Heatshrink restocked ; ozito dremel fixed

There's now more 1.5 and 2.5mm back heatshrink lengths in the heatshrink box above the parts bins

And the ozito dremel had lost its collet lock button, making it really hard to change tools.   I've turned up a new button out of some PVC, hopefully it stays put
