Laser and LED lights in costumes

Hey, I've been designing and building costumes for a band from space. 

I now need help putting LED's and Lasers etc into them. 

I have bought a large amount of lights, lasers, arduinos and various wearable electronics. But now I am stuck. 

The soldering, the programming even the possible 3 D printing required is a bit beyond me. 

I would love it to be sturdy, reliable and well built so I'm happy to work with someone who knows what they are doing and I'm happy to pay. 

I would love to colloborate or be put in touch with someone who can help me.

As you can see I already have laser shoulder pads. laser gloves, a laser eye and a few other LED and EL wire toys. 

I want to control the costumes via DMX which means i can have the costumes in sync with the lights.
