CCHS cash box consolidation ("Kitty")

Hi All 

To simplify things a bit, we're going to just use a single large cashbox, the one near the drinks/microwave.  This means materials purchases and casual membership can go through that same kitty.

I hope also to use the vending machine in a 'dispense it yourself, honest box via the kitty' kind of operating mode, until we get the automatic bits operating.   

I'll put up some signage/labels to redirect to the other box
