Dear Denver County Fair vendors and exhibitors,

 

Load in for the 4th annual Denver County Fair starts Wednesday! You should have gotten all your load-in instructions last Monday. If not, check your spam.  :)

 

And - GREAT WEATHER REPORT - The high temps for Wed - Thurs are 69 and 74 degrees!  Unreal! We'll be nice and cool for load-in!  More good news... scattered rain throughout the weekend so all the folks planning outdoor activities will have to change plans and come to our INDOOR FAIR!  :)

 

Please load in on Wednesday 4-8 pm or Thursday, 12 - 8 pm.  All BIG vehicles must load in on Wednesday. Friday load-in is VERY limited (9:00 - 10:30 am only and no vehicles allowed in the building ...unless, of course, you're the Wienermobile... :) 

 

We've also confirmed that once again, we'll have our VENDOR LOUNGE - open all weekend, with a quiet, carpeted place and discounted food for our vendors! Enter through the "secret door" between the Fashion runway and the restrooms!
