Hi,

One of the ways you can move a message to another folder in
kmail is to right-click on the message in the message list, select
"Move Messages To" in a local menu, and then select the first entry,
"Last folder", where you can find ten most recently used folders. Now:
the aformentioned folder list is ordered by the time they were used
for the first time ('first used first' :) with the new entries added
at the bottom.

This approach has two drawbacks:
* every folder, whether you actually use it, or not, is
inevitably moved towards the top of the list by the newcomers, and can
eventually be removed just because you happened to use more folders
than the list capacity
* if you accidentally select a wrong folder, the message is
silently moved and the only way to find it is use search

Personally, I am more fond of another sorting approach, 'most
recently used first'. In this approach:
* most recently used folder is always on top, so folders you
use most frequently are never removed from the list
* if you move a message by mistake, all you have to do is to
check the topmost folder

I tried to find, if this sorting method is configurable, but I
failed to find it. Is this feature configurable, or hardcoded?

Thank you very much in advance for any hints.
