How to solve log device problem ?

When I try to mount CDROM Ireceived the following (it happened for the first
time):

#mount /dev/cd0 /mnt/cdrom
mount: 0506-322 Cannot determine log device to use for /dev/cd0
(/mnt/cdrom).


Any ideas?

I think it says this if you try to mount a CDROM without using
"-o ro". You have to specify that you want read-only access.
