Hard to say. I've seen the same items sold for very different amounts.
You might also want to sell some of the item separately.
eBay has a feature that lets you view the past few months completed
auctions, so take a look at what other have sold for. After you start a
search Look for the link under "Display" that says "Completed items".
You may also want to post it for sale or auction in one of thes groups:
misc.forsale.computers.mac-specific.misc,
misc.forsale.computers.mac-specific.software,
misc.forsale.computers.mac-specific.systems,
comp.sys.mac.wanted

If my computer is dual booting does that mean I have to kick it twice?
You should probably auction the stuff off separately, because you'll
have a hard time finding someone who wants all of it-- list everything
the same day, mention in each item description that you've got other
items that complement this item, and create a link to all your current
auctions (assume people won't think to click on the official eBay "View
seller's other auctions" link).
The printer should definitely be separate, so should the monitor, the
scanner, and the CDRW (assuming it's an external). The CPU should be by
itself except for mouse and keyboard.
Having nice, large photos of everything will maximize the final value.
Make the auctions run for at least 5 days so patient people who like to
search and zero in on low-priced items they need will be able to put you
in their watch list-- more watchers in the beginning means more people
competing with each other and driving up the price at the end. Finally,
time the start of the auctions so they end on a Sunday night before
8pm-- when people are almost certain to be home but aren't yet glued to
the TV. (But definitely don't end it the night of the Super Bowl!) :-)
Good luck!

You know, I think people write whole books about how to make money on
ebay, that boil down to just this ;-).
You should pad it out to 300 pages and turn pro!

Um. Installed, but with no license, Gracie?

a) Why sell the printer?
b) The shipping on the printer and on the monitor will be prohibitive
to most buyers.

Your best bet is to search for recent sales on eBay.
My recommendation would be to break it up and sell it separately. For
example, if you add the monitor to the computer, it will add about $25
to the price. If you sell it separately, you might get $75 to $100.
VPC (if it were a legal copy) would add just a few dollars to the value
of the computer. Separately, it will get $50-75. Of course, an
unlicensed copy won't get much of anything.
And so on.
For the computer itself, I'd pull some memory out and sell it separately
and maybe the CDRW (if there's also a separate CD).
Actually, I recently sold my old Apple multiscan 17 and got $75 or so
(IIRC) plus I charged about $25 or $30 shipping. Since actual cost was
about $15, I made a few bucks on the shipping, too.
The Apple multiscans are very high quality monitors and bring a good
price.
What do you think of the pics?

Forgive my mess, it's my basement:)
Do you think they puts the setup in a good light?
What day is the superbowl, I hate football? I'm probably the only guy
in Philadelphia, not watching the Eagles!
I haven't actually bothered to look at your pics, but be aware that eBay
puts a 200 kb limit on each picture.
Oh, and btw, if you've never sold anything on eBay, you might want to
buy a few items first to get some positive feedback before selling. Some
bidders won't even look at a seller with zero feedback.

I'm pretty good on that end... I have 55 feedbacks many of which are
seller feedback. I plan on using html to link pictures hosted on
geocities. I took those pics this morning, and after looking at them
again, they look like shit, I will re-photo them.
