MoM: Death Settlers ?!

I just read a note concerning this Death-settlers feature which means
you can 'create' a unit of undead settlers by killing them with a
life-draining monster, just as usual. These settlers, however, are
said to be able to build a sort of death-city where you can produce
undead units !! I read that this has to be done on a Death node. Now
what the heck is a Death node ? I managed to obtain such an undead
settlers unit, but their 'Create Outpost' icon was blackened and they
couldn't build. Does anyone know what this is all about ?
(BTW, since there is always some sort of Life counterpart to Death
features, the equivalent would be killing settlers with an Archangel,
so the note said.)

To get a Death Node, do the following:
1) Cast Corruption on the intended city site.
2) Get a unit of Undead Priests.
3) Move the Priests to the corrupted area.
4) You should get a "Desecrate" command instead of a Purify command.
5) Desecrate the area and voila: Death Node.

Actually, I would be a jerk if I didn't say that this was all made up. As
far as I know, there is no way to get a Death city.

on their info screen), by a number of means - ghouls,
wraiths, life drain, etc. However, these pieces are useless - they cannot
'build' anywhere. It would make sense (well, sort of), if a death settler
could found a Death City.
