Hi :

I'm trying to use the AS/400 toolbox for Java Beta 2.... Does anybody
know how to make the classes in this box visible to the JDK 1.1.1????
Any help will be great...

Just add to your CLASSPATH (in config.sys): c:\jt400\bin;

It kind of works like a charm.

Happy toolkitting!

In the Client Access Window double click on Configuration.

I think the option you want is startup options.

The last of the options to start automatically is emulation sessions
which is where you tell it so auto start your WSF and PRN sessions.

Hello All!

Can someone tell me if it's possible to start both a Rumba WSF and PRN
using Client Access StartUp?

Before we started using CAWIN it wasn't a problem b/c they logged in
through DOS and then you just started up whatever sessions you want.
Unfortunately I don't see this as a possiblity with CAWIN.

Anyone have any suggestions? We need to use Client Access StartUp and
not the AS/400 Connection b/c of people who wish to have this more
automated.... :-(

Regards,
Tim

Jason,
Yes, you are correct, but the problem that I'm having is that I can't
use both a WSF and a PRN, only one or the other b/c it wants to know
which program to run for the type of session. Problem is that there is
only room for one program, eg. RUMBAWSF.EXE for WSF's or RUMBAPRN.EXE
for PRN's.

I need to have a printer and a workstation sesstion started. If I use
the AS/400 connection as opposed to the startup, then you are required
to close the AS/400 Connection/Advanced, which is what I'm trying to
avoid.

Regards,
Tim
