Well, I can't see how that computer could be an Apple II when it is
shown running a Macintosh-ish user interface.
That picture on the front was indeed a picture of a prototype Apple
product, but that was at a time when the Apple MessagePad (ie., Newton
OS) was being proposed as a project.
Whoever decided to name that "Apple IIp" obviously knows no Apple
Computer project or design history... it certainly wasn't an Apple II
project, and it certainly wasn't named by Apple as the "Apple IIp".
If memory serves me right, all the Apple IIp was was a shell:
