hello there,
is there a single piece of literature concerning that topic? i
searched the whole web and found nothing.
but this topic should at least be interesting enough, so there must be
something. can anyone here help me?

Please, see http://code.google.com/p/nano-lp/. NanoLP supports some kind of transformation: substitution, variable dictionaries, including/importing, event handling (with pipe/chain support), custom (in Python) text modification. Also it's open-source and it's easy to add own special commands for additional transformation/translating: for example to inject translated code from some DSL (or from some external source, even diagrams)
