Looking up "Steve Carroll" I do not see much bad. I did try looking up what
he has shown to be his real name: "Steven Petruzzellis".

Good grief... their Google Seeding is pretty nasty!

But at least Sandman insists that he is not hurt by the flooding in ANY way.

when it comes to scripting.

requires scripting skills shown only by Sandman and Carroll.

CLAIM 5: The person they blame has not even made it to "step 1" in figuring
out how they do their flooding.

BUT! The person they blame for the flooding clearly has good
knowledge of JavaScript, DOM, scripting in general, and more.

CLAIM 6: The person doing the automated flooding is doing it manually even
though that is not possible given the amount of flooding.

You also find the fake reviews of one of my businesses -- added by Carroll

Frankly I do not really think you understand. It was Steve Carroll-Petruzzellis who stated that he and his work friends used to steal candy from toddlers all the time and it was harmless fun to his way of thinking.
