Does there exist anywhere a *hard copy* PHP reference book anywhere?

Yes, I know about the on-line PHP reference book, but since I am on dialup
(yes, I am one of the nobodys that still uses dialup), it is sometime hard to
use.

Consider to download a copy of the php.net manual from
<http://php.net/download-docs.php>.

I agree with Christoph. I almost never use the online docs. I
downloaded the doc locally. I do most of my development on Windows, and
they have a .chm (Windows Help File) available, which is easier to use
than the online doc (and faster, even with broadband). But you can also
get the HTML version.

*I* really do prefer hardcopy. I really don't like HTML documentation.
"Worst case" would be to download a PDF and print it, punch holes and put it
in a binder. Hopefully, the PDF has a decent index or TOC...

recommendation!
