I really hate to do CSS by hand because it does not seem meant for it, is there an objectoriented editor type smalltalk where you just can specify things like menues and lay out them and move them around?

A wsiwyg editor for doing CSS is there such?

I really would like just to click on an object get up its properties. For example invoke a menu object with its properties be able to chose border menu alignment and so on.

The closest thing to a selfreflective approach seem to be jsfiddle, but i have a hard time to make it work with multiple js files? And it is not object oriented although selfreflective.

An objectoriented "smalltalk like' web scripteditor with a selfreflective wsiwyg interface would be nice have running in the browser. CSS is mainly interface as i get it, and i can't see a reason to code an interfact by hand?
