How could I email Clarion reports?
Could I save Clarion reports as a file?

You can using List & Label. It has built in emailing plus you can save to
PDF, RTF, HTML, XML and a few others. There is a demo on my website

You should take a look at TinTools which have possibility of export into
WMF.
Also I think TinTools are free.
Or you can install Adobe Acrobat and then redirect your printing to a
AdobePDF Writer driver. There's also option for direct E-mailing within
AdobeAcrobat Reader.
