I'm trying to pull some of my pages from Hitchwiki onto Neocities, and I'm
having trouble recreating the alignment of an SVG flag (which Hitchwiki renders
from a .PNG) with a textual link in the same <td>...</td> element.

The Hitchwiki version can be found @

<http://hitchwiki.org/en/User:Prino/log/summary#Country_Summary>,

my still far from finished Neocities one @

<http://prino.neocities.org/sandbox.html>

And if anyone can explain to me why the text in the latter is lower than that in
the former, I'd be a very happy bunny!

As an aside, what would be the best way of copying pages from one site to
another, without having to also copy all the zillions of scripts and style-sheets?

Thanks,

Robert

I'd try one of two methods: 1) use wget to bring everything (pages,
scripts, style-sheets -- everything) over to your local hard drive, and
then FileZilla to put it all up on the new site; or 2) use FileZilla to
bring everything over to your local hard drive, and then FileZilla again to
put it all up on the new site.

HTH. Good luck. Cheers, -- tlvp

MediaWiki style sheet for general styles on basic content elements has a:

img {vertical-align:middle;}

which the former lacks.

And that's the one I missed, using Firebug I was looking at the <td>, and
completely overlooked the <img>.
