Warning: this is a troll.
Would there be value in having two site designs, one
for desktop (real PC's) and one for mobiles (toy PC's ?).
The little index page would only have two buttons for
making the choice between two real "index" pages.
No design compromises needed.
1 - Design all out of big PC.
2 - Design all-out for mobiles.
