Ingres forum refresh (this is important)

For those of you who don't necessarily monitor the Ingres forums, there
has been a major refresh of the forum software, which included
implementing a bi-directional interface with c.d.i./info-ingres.

There is an opportunity to express your satisfaction with the upgrade,
and also a good discussion about possible further changes. Since it
involves comp.databases.ingres, you might want to take a look at the
conversation that is currently going on.

We need the Ingres community to be strong and cohesive and windows
of opportunity to improve things don't come along very often. We've had
a bit of a schism with the Ingres Forums and it isn't doing anyone any
good. If you want to heal it, make sure your views are heard.
