Chamfered corners of two different objects/same layer

I am trying to develope a SKILL code that will
create a chamfer similar to how CADENCE has a
"Modify Corner" internal function only with
two different objects.
An example would be when a path connects to a
bondpad.
I need to define a 45 degree angle in the script
on whatever layer is selected and define the length so the chamfer will
be
created wherever
the 45 degree angle exists in the layout.
