SKILL Question: Suppose I have a string "dbid:123454", how can I get object (shape or padstack or cline etc) out of it?

This will be handy when you have bunch of dbid strings with you but don't know what they are, unless you trace back.

Why did you convert them to strings? I think there is no way to get back the original dbId from the string representation.
