SFDR(spurious free dynamic range) of a DAC

Hi,
I am working on a 6 bit DAC and doing my schematics and simuations in
Cadence(spectre). I need to measure the SFDR for this DAC using
Cadence. Using the fourier component from Analoglib we can just
obtain a value for SFDR during transient analysis. But am looking for
the plot of (Amplitude(dB) Vs Freq) , from which we can calculate the
SFDR, a FFT plot(if am not wrong). Can anybody please let me know how
to get this plot in cadence.
