[rails4 branch] omniauth config

getting : {"error":{"message":"This authorization code has been used.","type":"OAuthException","code":100}} when trying to login with facebook.  

but by skipping omniauth.rb, it works again.

wondering what's changed in rails4 branch?

I think the README is outdated here. In that, it says you need to inculde an omniauth.rb file to initialize your social network accounts, but if you look at engine.rb (https://github.com/bborn/communityengine/blob/rails4/lib/community_engine/engine.rb#L42) you can see that CE automatically adds the middleware for you if you set the `configatron.auth_providers` hash.
