When I try to open cloudcare from registration form (open case form)

I got message stated as below

"Unable to fetch fixture at https://www.commcarehq.org/a/{{DOMAIN}}/cloudcare/api/fixtures/598de9e39a6ed0d8c3a5ef2021ee86c7/user-groups: HTTP Error 412: PRECONDITION FAILED"

Could I know the reason?

Hello,

Please make sure you're logged in as a mobile worker account and not a web user account. Fixtures are not supported via the "preview" function for web users.
