Hi,
I'm Nate Rogers. Im new to this Forum. I live down in Springfield Mo. and have been tattooing about 13 years. Anyway, I've been working on a 3D printer for almost a year now. I was at last years KC maker fair and the Springfield one, with my printer. Since then I've made some huge changes and improvements.

One cool thing about my Printer is that it can laser cut, engrave, plot and mill even hard woods. I spent quite a while digging for opensource solutions to incorporating these abilities into my printer. BUT they should work for ANY 3D PRINTER that runs Marlin firmware. My guides are at http://www.reach3dprinters.com/Laser
You can modify your printers to easily laser cut and engrave, and I've put together the software links to make it easy, and FREE...

Some printers are structurally capable of milling, but I don't think any of the sub 500 printers can.
This is where I do the advertisement that no one cares about :)

My printer is called the Reach 3D. The early bird is at $199, with plenty available at the $259 mark, $35 shipping.
I've shipped 20 prototypes all over the US, 1 to Europe and 1 to France. So far, everyone has had great things to say. Its very robust, and a simple build. Its also strong enough to mill with. The specs are on point with every 3D printer in the $5-600 range.
If interested in the Kickstarter, the campaign will go live in the next day or two.

Id be happy for any feedback that may improve my campaign or questions you have.

Thanks
Nate
