I just received the Colorhug2 but the USB drive won't boot.  I'm running a Dell XPS13 with Ubuntu 17.10 in UEFI.  Can't I just install the colorhug calibration files on Ubuntu?  Is there a UEFI image available?

I installed the colorhug software from Ubuntu's repository and it finds the device and updated the firmware.  The issue now is that the calibration always fails about half-way through on medium setting and won't even start on high.
in the terminal I get this error: calibration failed with code 4: failed to get filename for colprof

Is this the right place for official support?

Is argyllcms installed? You should be able to use the LiveUSB drive in
"legacy" boot mode.

Richard.
