Next round of updates to the extension spec

I've incorporated the last set of feedback.

I removed the "Parts" section and replaced it with this:

Mulipart requests

This extension compiles with with RFC2388 and draft-multi-part-form-data for sending requests. You should refer to these documents for the guidelines.

Note: At this time, multi-file attachements per template data object are not supported.

Before you tell me, I removed the duplicate "with" ;-)

this is looking very, very close. i just some very minor changes (nits).

Also, it looks to me as if some unique RFC2119 stuff is creeping into the "Multipart Requests" section (e.g. your're saying MAY when the I-D says SHOULD, SHOULD when the I-D says MAY). Not sure we should be altering Cj to be non-standard to the RFCs. check it out and let me know.
