ColdBox 4 - Suggestions for changing iframe/DIVs on fly

Just trying to brainstorm up ideas on an app redesign and was wondering if there was an easy way with ColdBox to change page content/navigate through (while keeping a header) without do an entire browser fresh.  Any suggestions or ideas?  Thanks!

Sure, just use any JavaScript framework like Angular that's designed for that.  ColdBox's REST web services work as a great back end for that kind of front end.
